Holding Grief
Honouring Love
Holding Grief, Honouring Love
A 10-Week Grief Recovery Circle
Tuesdays • 6:30–8:00 PM • Starting April 28
In-Home • Lethbridge Area • Limited Spots
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline.
It doesn’t ask permission.
And it doesn’t need to be rushed.
But it does need space.
This 10-week circle is a gentle, guided experience for those navigating the loss of a loved one—whether recent or long ago—who are ready to begin moving through their grief with support.
This is not about “getting over it.”
This is about learning how to carry love and grief together, with more ease.
What Makes This Different
This is not a drop-in support group.
This is a structured, facilitated experience that combines:
✨ The Grief Recovery Method (book included)
✨ Somatic grounding + nervous system support
✨ Meditation and reflective practices
✨ Gentle, optional sharing in a safe group
✨ Sound and stillness for integration
You are supported in your mind, body, and heart—not just asked to talk about your grief.
