Day 1: LIVE 9 am (MST) via Zoom This will be recorded if you are not able to attend but I’d rather see your face!!

Days 2-5:  Independently  Recieve guided lessons to nurture your soul and enjoy at a time and in a space that works for you!

* Each day you will want to give yourself between 30-45 uninterrupted minutes, an hour if you get in the flow.
